Today, William brings that expertise to Talking Trails, helping destinations transform visitor experiences with self-guided, place-based storytelling. By blending cutting-edge mobile technology with cultural authenticity, he ensures national parks, museums, and tourism operators deliver tours that inspire, educate, and truly bring Country to life.

William has helped to develop tourism experiences across Australia, including Byron Bay, Kuranda and he and his team created the Bush Food Experience in the NT. William has served on multiple tourism boards including Destination Byron, Barkly Tourism group and the Indigenous Tourism Cluster in Far North Queensland.
